Meet the Strahans ~ Carkeek Park, Seattle

This family introduced me to this awesome park in North Seattle.  It has a beautiful beach with acres to explore and the trains pass through every hour.  So the kids were mesmerized.  We hiked a little of the trails during our session.  I can’t wait to go back and adventure further up.  We also saw the bubble man getting ready for a show.  So much fun will be had here at Carkeek Park.

What a wonderful family!  I can tell the outdoors are their place of choice.  We found lots of creatures and interesting rocks, moss, leaves, bridges, and watched the mass of sailboats.  My kind of morning!

Here are some of my highlights in the glorious, sunny, Seattle day.

Meet the Darlings~Snoqualmie Train Depot

I want to thank all my clients for a wonderful and crazy busy year.  All your kind words, referrals, and reviews have really boosted exposure for my little business.  My clients walk away with a new friend.  I just adore all of you and your families.  The future is bright and so rewarding for me in so many ways.  Thank you so much!

I have a special session to share.  This was a session donated to Cottage Lake Elementary School last February.  What an adorable trio they are.  The little one was a real true darling.  A girl has to live up to her name right?!  She took my hand as we walked around.  I love making friends with my clients.  Knowing how my daughter can react to some strangers I’m thankful I’m approachable.

We ventured to the Snoqualmie train depot, a nearby park, and even their home.  It was a pretty brisk day out with lots of sun shining.  We found out you can grab free hot cocoa or coffee inside one of the trains there.  How nice is that!  Oh and a cookie too.  Take the kids there they will have a blast.

Here are some of my favorite images of our time together!

Meet the Kershaws~Snoqualmie train depot

I love my little clients and I think it’s pretty mutual by the note above.  What a great way to start off a session right!  A little love note to little old me.  Awwww….. ! After big hugs we hit up the family’s old stomping grounds.  They showed me the coolest spots.  I’m so thankful for that!  Every place was more beautiful than the next.

We do yearly photos together and it’s always super fun.  It’s not too early to book your family’s spring session.  That time of the year books up fast.  I thought I’d give you guys a head’s up.  Since you are so awesome to come by and read my blog.  Thanks so much!

So here is a sample of our session together

Keenan’s back~Snoqualmie Falls

I LOVE to watch my little clients grow up.  This is our third session together and this little guy is now 4!!  He has a beaming personality which you are about to see.  A killer smile with dreamy blue eyes that is such an adorable combo. I was quite impressed that he now also knows some yoga.

We walked around the Snoqualmie falls area and then went to see the trains in downtown Snoqualmie.  Giant rocks and trains were a huge hit!

Here are some highlights from our session!

Thank you so much Corina and Chris!  You have such a wonderful little boy.  I wish you both the best!
