I love to share a great place with all of you! A great place to take the family for vacation! The shout out goes to our friendly Canadian neighbors above us! This place was throughly enjoyed by our little group! Check out Big White, Canada! The scenery is breathtaking. Every night the lodge is set up for the kids into a carnival or video game rec room. The skiing is comparable to Whistler, just smaller. The tubing is fantastic. And things we didn’t even get to do were ice skating, sledding, snow shoeing, and more! The only thing we would do differently next time would be to not travel at night. The weather conditions can change quickly and make the trip so much longer. What should have taken 7 hours took about 8 and 1/2. We were almost in a blizzard on the way up. At one point, we were sitting in our car with the engine off for an hour. Just waiting for the traffic to clear from an accident due to the snow. However, the way home was clear and sunny. We hope to make this a yearly trip!

Glad you had a good time! Big White looks amazing. I’ve always wanted to go, but haven’t made the trip yet. Now that I’m done popping out babies – maybe we’ll make it! Some of our friends were married up there. They had the ceremony in the lodge and then went skiing in their tux & gown – LOL! Made for some great pictures.
