I don’t even need a recap. Do you?!
I ended the year with my favorite guys. These are my handsome loving nephews. I could barely edit these without tearing up. I don’t like that they are so grown up. Time is passing by way too fast. I want more sleepovers and outings together. And soon they will be driving and out and about with friends. I remember that time like it was yesterday for me. Well we still like the same music and can talk forever. And we have the belly laughs that make your cheeks hurt.
The year taught us all to slow down and reflect on our priorities in life. For me its faith and family. And I’ve found a way to connect with my friends virtually and outdoors. I miss many things but I wasn’t lacking in anything. So I am forever grateful at everything I learned. The struggles were lessons and the sacrifices save lives.

As far as work has gone. There was a blip and months of not working due to the pandemic. But after that things were booming. To my surprise I was more busy that ever. Sessions doubled on the weekends and I’ve survived. I am sad for the small businesses that have not. So now it’s time to make a bigger effort to give back and shop more small business.
Thank you for your support. I am nothing without your beautiful faces to capture. You have brought me joy and treasures that last forever. I love that what I do can brighten hearts and live on for years to come on your walls and in your albums. This year I will endeavor to bring out your personalities to the best of my ability bigger and brighter. I am a lover of the light and color. And I deeply love emotion in black and white photos. I plan to expand my macros and document life fuller.
