I use a site called Blurb.com to make up my books. I love this site. I think the latest software that you can download for free is awesome. You can now make up your own templates and use theirs. The shipping is now a flat fee. Believe me this is a good thing. My wallet is much happier. You can check out my latest book below if you so desire.
